BasinMOD 2-D
Model the dynamic geologic conditions within a petroleum system. The user can observe in cross section the migration of hydrocarbons beginning with generation from source rocks through secondary migration and accumulation in traps.
BasinMod 2-D:
- Calculates geohistory/burial history, thermal history, pressure, maturation, hydrocarbon generation, primary and secondary migration, and accumulation.
- Features true 2-D pressure with generation pressure, time-transgressive events, 3-phase fluid flow, predictive faulting, basement heat flow, radiogenic heat flux and rifting heat flow.

FMP - 3D Structural/Stratigraphic Framework Builder
FMP is a series of workflows that work in conjunction with Z-Map Plus/ZCL and allow the user to build a geometrically and geologically correct framework. Projects that were once practically impossible to complete with Z-MAP Plus alone, are now completed quickly. The workflow based design keeps the user focused by directing him/her through the project, literally saving days on complexly faulted projects. By using the FMP workflows, the user can model an unlimited number of faults. A correct structural framework is needed in many downstream geoscience applications and the new release of FMP has more interfaces to other industry modeling packages including RMS, Stratamodel, GoCad and all other applications via ASCII I/O. A typical Z-MAP Plus user can learn FMP in three to five days. FMP is the industry leader in structural framework building.

GEM - Generalized Equation-of-State Model Compositional Reservoir Simulator
GEM is CMG's general equation-of-state (EOS) based compositional reservoir simulator for modelling the flow of three-phase, multi-component fluids. GEM is a robust, fully compositional simulator used to model any type of reservoir where the importance of the fluid composition and their interactions are essential to the understanding of the recovery process.
GEM is a highly optimized simulator that has been proven in numerous field production situations around the world. Many unique field features help simulation engineers understand and model recovery processes and interactions of fluids.

GEOSTATION
AUTO-TROL Technology 12500 N. Washington Street Denver, CO 80241-2400 Tel: (303) 452-4919 Fax: (303) 252-2249
Your exploration and production teams need an environment where geoscientists, landmen and engineers can work in parallel on a project, with access to all petroleum information. Successful companies such as Woodside use GEOSTATION combined with CENTRA 2000.
When it comes to managing all your information, there’s only one real choice—GEOSTATION. Why? Because you don’t need another collection of tools on your desktop—you need a truly integrated application that manages all your data:
- Structured data which fits into a relational model (such as PPDM)
- Unstructured formats which comprise the bulk of your data

GeoScene
GeoScene is a 3D geological workstation that provides geologists with superior results more quickly and more easily than any other similar tool. The software is used for well log correlation, cross section construction and geological model building. It is unique in its modelling and handling of horizontal wells. Log images can be used as easily as digital wireline data, thus avoiding the expense of digitization. Three dimensional visualization in GeoScene is achieved through the ProVista application, the first product of the FaMOUS project.
